Billing Terms and Conditions

This page explains how billing works at Scolora — what you're charged, when, and in what currency — so there are never any surprises. Scolora is a trading name of Elexora LTD.

How and when you're charged

You pay once, at checkout, for the items in your order. The full amount — including any applicable taxes, with free UK shipping — is shown before you confirm. We don't add hidden fees, and we don't store your details to bill you again: every order is a single, one-time payment that you authorise yourself. We don't offer subscriptions or recurring charges.

Currency and taxes

All prices and charges are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

What appears on your statement

Payments to us appear on your bank or card statement as "Scolora." If you see a charge you don't recognise, please check with anyone who shares your account first, then email info@scolora.com and we'll help you trace it.

Card security

All payments are encrypted and handled by trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

If a payment is declined

If your payment doesn't go through, your order won't be placed and you won't be charged. This usually comes down to your bank or your card details, so it's worth checking those and trying again, or using another method.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method. The full process and timings are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

If anything about a charge looks wrong, please email info@scolora.com before raising a dispute with your bank — we can almost always sort it out faster ourselves.
