Refund policy

If a Scolora tool isn't right for you, you have 30 days to send it back. This page explains how returns and refunds work, step by step, with no surprises. Scolora is a trading name of Elexora LTD.

Your 30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be accepted, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with any accessories included.

How to start a return

Email us at info@scolora.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions, usually within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping

Returns are sent back to us by mail. You arrange and cover the cost of return shipping, so we'd recommend a tracked service — we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

There are no restocking fees. Returning an item costs you nothing on our side.

Refund process

Inspection. Once we receive your return, we inspect the item to make sure it meets our return criteria.

Refund. After inspection, your refund is processed to your original payment method. It usually takes around 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we'll put it right. Email info@scolora.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, return postage included.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Haven't received your refund?

Refunds can take a few days to show after we process them. If it's been longer than 7 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then email info@scolora.com and we'll help track it down.

None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
