These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from Scolora. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Scolora is a trading name of Elexora LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, and in these terms "we," "us," and "Scolora" mean Elexora LTD.

Using our website

You're welcome to browse and shop with us for your own personal use. Please don't misuse the site — that includes trying to interfere with how it works, copying its content, or using it for anything unlawful. We may update, pause, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. Slight variations in colour or finish can occur depending on your screen. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

Occasionally a product may be listed with an incorrect price or detail by mistake. If that happens, we aren't obliged to fulfil the order at the wrong price — we'll contact you first to offer the correct price or cancel and refund you in full.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send a confirmation or dispatch your items, and that's when our contract with you begins. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times, cut-offs, and tracking are explained in full in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days. The full process is set out in our Refund & Return Policy. None of it affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Using our products safely

Our tools are electrical styling devices. Please read the instructions included with your product and follow them, including any guidance on heat settings and safe use. Using a product in a way it wasn't intended for may affect your warranty and could be unsafe.

Intellectual property

The Scolora name, logo, and the content on this website — text, images, and design — belong to us and are protected by law. You're welcome to view our pages and share links to them, but please don't copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Our liability

We take care to run our store well, but we can't promise the website will always be available or completely error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable or that fall outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't be limited under UK law, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer always remain.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, so it's worth checking back now and then.
