Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, and nothing added at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United Kingdom only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with a 5:00 PM (GMT) cut-off. After that, handling takes 1–2 business days and delivery another 6–8, so most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can check it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Every payment is encrypted and handled by trusted, PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. The full process is in our Refund & Return Policy.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method and usually appears within about 7 business days, depending on your bank.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return postage is the customer's responsibility, but there are no restocking fees — returning an item costs you nothing on our side.
Are your tools suitable for all hair types?
Our range is designed to work across different hair types. Each product page explains what that tool is best suited to, so you can pick the right one for you.
Will they protect my hair?
Styling with heat always carries some risk, so our tools are designed with that in mind. We still recommend using a heat protectant and the lowest effective temperature, and following the guidance included with your product.
What power supply do they use?
Our tools are made for UK power — 230V with a standard UK plug. If you plan to use one abroad, check the product's specifications first, since voltage and plug types vary by country.
