Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every Scolora order, anywhere in the UK — no minimum, and no surprise fees at checkout. Here's exactly what to expect after you order: when it ships, how long it takes, and how to track it. Scolora is a trading name of Elexora LTD.

Processing and delivery times

We process orders Monday to Friday. Our cut-off is 5:00 PM (GMT, London time): orders placed before then start processing the same day, and orders placed after are picked up the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate below.

Once processed, your order is handed to one of our trusted carriers. Handling takes 1–2 business days, and transit usually takes another 6–8 business days. End to end, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of being placed.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Delays

Now and then things slow down — busy periods or bad weather can add a little time. If your order is taking longer than the estimate, email info@scolora.com and we'll chase it for you.

If your address is wrong

Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email info@scolora.com within 24 hours and we'll fix it as long as the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
