What can the Aura actually do?
It's a 5 in 1 air styler one handle with five interchangeable attachments that dry, smooth, add volume, and curl. A prestyling nozzle, a smoothing brush, a round volumising brush, and two curl barrels, so it stands in for your dryer, round brush and curler.
Is the Aura gentler on my hair than a straightener?
It styles mostly with airflow from a 1000W motor plus a lower, controlled heat three settings to match your hair instead of clamping it between hot plates. No heat styling is completely damage free, so we'd still suggest a heat protectant and the lowest setting that gives you the look you want.
Will it work with my hair type?
Yes , fine to thick. You control the look through the attachment and heat setting you choose, so it adapts whether you want a sleek finish, soft body, or curls and waves.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum. Orders are handled in 1–2 business days, then take 6–8 business days in transit So most arrive within 7–10 business days of ordering.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our cut-off is 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Order before then and it starts processing the same day; after that, it's picked up the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
How do returns work?
Scolora orders come with a 30-day return window, counted from the day the order arrives. Items just need to be unused and in their original packaging with everything included.

We'll put it right. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, return postage covered.
