A concentrator and a diffuser are both included, so it covers a sleek blow dry or soft curls from the one dryer.
How do the two attachments work?
Fit the concentrator to focus the airflow for a sleek, straight finish or for lift at the roots. Switch to the diffuser, on a lower airflow, to dry curls gently and keep the pattern defined rather than frizzy. Adjustable heat and airflow let you fine tune either one to your hair.
Will it suit my hair type?
Yes — fine, thick, curly or coily. Use lower heat and the concentrator for a smooth, weightless finish on fine hair, higher heat and full airflow to get through thicker hair quickly, and the diffuser to keep curls defined. Ionic airflow won't change your hair type, but it helps with frizz and static.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum. Orders are handled in 1–2 business days, then take 6–8 business days in transit — so most arrive within 7–10 business days of ordering.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our cut-off is 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Order before then and it starts processing the same day; after that, it's picked up the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Can I track my order?
Yes. The moment your order ships, we email a tracking number, and it can be followed any time on our Track Your Order page.
How do returns work?

Once a return reaches us, we give it a quick check and refund the original payment method — usually within about 7 business days, depending on the bank. No restocking fees, ever.
What if the Zephyr arrives damaged or faulty?
We'll put it right. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, return postage covered.
