What is the Halo and how does it work?
It's a heated ceramic round styling brush. Brushed through clean, dry hair, its tourmaline ceramic barrel warms evenly to smooth, lift and bend the ends the bouncy, blow dry look, without a dryer. A PTC heater brings it up to temperature quickly and holds it steady so each section sets evenly.
Does the Halo dry hair, and is it a hot-air brush?
Neither. The barrel itself heats there's no airflow and it's used on dry hair, not wet. That heated barrel is exactly what lets it shape and hold a style rather than just dry.
What heat settings does it have, and will it suit my hair?
Five settings up to around 230°C, shown on an LED display lower for fine hair, higher for thick. It works across fine, thick, curly and long hair; you work in sections and let the heat do the shaping. A heat-resistant styling glove is included.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum. Orders are handled in 1–2 business days, then take 6–8 business days in transit — so most arrive within 7–10 business days of ordering.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our cut-off is 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Order before then and it starts processing the same day; after that, it's picked up the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The moment your order ships, we email a tracking number, and it can be followed any time on our Track Your Order page.
How do returns work?
Scolora orders come with a 30-day return window, counted from the day the order arrives. Items just need to be unused and in their original packaging with everything included. more information check Refund Policy
How do refunds work?
Once a return reaches us, we give it a quick check and refund the original payment method — usually within about 7 business days, depending on the bank. No restocking fees, ever.
What if the Halo arrives damaged or faulty?
We'll put it right. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, return postage covered.
